I've spent almost 20 years understanding how the world's best agencies and brands position themselves to earn recognition, and how that recognition translates into reputation, commercial success and long-term growth.
My career has taken me from Australia to New York, working across public relations, corporate communications and advertising with some of the industry's most respected agencies, brands and executive leaders. Along the way, I've developed recognition strategies that have earned success across the world's leading industry awards, elevated executive profiles, shaped thought leadership platforms and strengthened organisations.
My perspective is unique because I've experienced the recognition ecosystem from every side. I led one of Australia's premier creative awards programs, the AWARD Awards, giving me an insider's understanding of what distinguishes exceptional work. In New York, and remotely since, I have partnered with global agency networks, independent agencies and C-suite leaders to build industry recognition that strengthened market position, attracted new business and, in some cases, contributed to the reputation growth that preceded agency acquisitions.
Beyond awards, I've worked closely with founders and executives to develop influential industry voices through executive profiling, thought leadership, speaker coaching, media training and strategic communications.
